ARTIST BIO

I was born and raised in Austria, the heart of the Alps. Currently my home base is on Maui, Hawaii.

I attended the ‘Academy of Visionary Art’ in Vienna where I studied the classic "Mishtechnique" in depth. This approach still influences my painting process strongly and shows in a multitude of overlapping transparent layers in my paintings.
 
My aspiration is to capture the subtle aspects of cosmic connection and to spark a sense of visionary awareness in others, with the goal to support their personal and creative journeys. I enjoy exploring the edge where impressions  and imagination meet and weave a surprising symbiosis.

What inspires me are simple observations of nature, unusual color combinations and my own imagination. Part of my inspiration stems from my grandmother who was an artist too and helped me set a foundation for my artistic work.
